Durham Country Beef

In order to serve our present and future customers the Best of Beef ( Durham Country Beef ) to eat when and how they want it, we have put together an elite group of farmers and ranchers who raise the Best!

They use the Best of genetics. They raise cattle in “non-confined” natural settings. They do not feed grain with antibiotics or hormones to enhance growth.

In short, breeders will be using top proven Shorthorn ( Durham) genetics in their program and raising cattle in a a natural way with calves grazing in the pastures and drinking their mother’s milk.  After weaning around 6-8 months of age they will be given additional nutrition.

Most cattle will be processed before they are 16 months, dry-aged for 21 days, and cuts can be customized to your personal desires.
